What is the shake ?
It is a sign that the body is becoming fatigued. What is happening is that the muscle contraction is being interrupted because there isn’t enough energy available to keep your nerves firing properly and sending uninterrupted signals to your muscles. It is important to push through the shake- with proper form- even though the muscles might be burning. This extra push is when you will start seeing your body change. Shaking leads to muscle breakdown.The more frequent the shake, the more progress you’re making.
Why don’t you shake in your cardio or weightlifting workout?
Lagree stretches and contracts each muscle for an extended period of time and the constant tension and contraction on the muscles is what makes it so effective and what causes the muscles to quiver. Time under tension activates the Type 1 (also known as slow-twitch) muscle fibers that we use to maintain posture, sit, stand, and maintain healthy joints. The slow-twitch muscle fibers are what the body uses for endurance and create the
long-lean muscles.
