About Tracy Rogers
I am a lifetime fitness enthusiast; and former gym rat (I competed in my 30s and 40’s in figure and bikini competitions with the NPC) and long-distance runner. I am also a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, and sports nutrition coach. After retiring from a fulfilling career as a prosecutor and court-appointed criminal appeal attorney, my husband and I moved full-time to the Coachella Valley a year ago.
In 2018, I discovered Lagree fitness. It provided me with a high intensity, challenging workout while not aggravating age and exercise related injuries. I was immediately impressed with the results, seamlessly integrating it into my fitness routine. I spent a year doing one-on-one Lagree training, which greatly benefited my form and helped me focus on my goals.
After my trainer relocated out of state, I continued Lagree in a group setting and am thrilled to help others unlock their physical and mental potential through this practice. I have trained at Lagree studios in California, Colorado, and Washington and am excited to bring my love of Lagree to our new community. I am deeply connected to the vibrant fitness community here and am committed to sharing my knowledge and experience to help others achieve their wellness goals.
“What made me fall in love with Lagree was the idea that you could get a full body workout in a pretty limited amount of time, and the fact that it’s very low impact.”
